How do data send to the CRM?
Once you took a picture, OCR servers recognize this picture and transform picture to text (The OCR servers do not save any personal data) then this data appears in fields where you can edit it. After your edit, you should click on “save” button and data will send directly to your CRM.

  2. Check whether the Android version is available HERE. (from iOS to Android)

  2. App automatically saves call information into CRM (who called, date, call duration).
  3. In the end of the call you can choose to save it into your CRM or not.

What data are sent to CRM?
Date, time and duration of a call; phone number; description, new contact if there is no such number in CRM; created activities such as call, task and event; the link to Google Drive folder where the call recording is. Please, note that our company has developed Privacy Policy that meets national standards and regulates the way we treat our customer’s personal information. Thus, you can be absolutely sure in your data security.

Is it possible to track only particular numbers?
Yes, you can set up rules for a separate phone number as well as for all phone numbers. To create a rule for all phone numbers you have to go to ‘Configuration’ where you will see ‘Rules’ section which provides you with several options. To create a rule for a separate phone number you need to choose ‘Rules’ in the navigation bar, tap ‘+’ button, enter a phone number or choose one from your phone contacts and opt for a rule. Also, you can create a rule for a separate phone number right after you have made or received a call.

When will the iOS version be available for Call Tracker ?
Currently Call Tracker  can be used with Android  system. As for iOS version, it  is unavailable for the indefinite period. However our developers are working on a version for iOS platform that will meet the Apple requirements. If you are interested in it, please fill in the form.

How tax is collected ?
Our company, MagneticOneMobile uses PayPro payment system that includes VAT rates for EU citizens according to international law. Here you can check 2018 European Union VAT rates. https://www.vatlive.com/vat-rates/european-vat-rates/

Yes, we called it “Personal Plan”. The Personal Plan is unlimited in time, but only one person can use it.

Can I buy Business Card Reader only for the company (several users)
Yes, we called it “Corporate Plan”. The corporate plan can be used by an unlimited amount of people. A corporate plan includes a fixed amount of credits, which are common to all the users. The person, who made a purchase for Corporate Plan would be able to see the balance, how much credits were used by all team and share the Corporate Key with all company, but members of the team will be able to see only how much credits they had used. After purchasing you will receive a corporate key valid for 1 year. This year start from the date the corporate key purchased (i.e. if you buy on 20/11/18, it expires on 20/11/19).

What will happen to the credits that I have not used, but the year is over.
For example: If you buy 5,000 credits on 03/10/18 and only used 4,000 to 03/10/19). These 1,000 credits are burnt down. But if you buy a new Corporate plan until 03/10/19, for example, for 2,500 credits, then the old 1,000 (that you have not used), does not burn. It is added to your balance and you will get 3.500 credits.

What data are sent to CRM?
Date, time and duration of a call; phone number; description, new contact if there is no such number in CRM; created activities such as call, task and event; the link to Google Drive folder where the call recording is. Please, note that our company has developed Privacy Policy that meets national standards and regulates the way we treat our customer’s personal information. Is it possible to track only particular numbers?
Yes, you can set up rules for a separate phone number as well as for all phone numbers. To create a rule for all phone numbers you have to go to ‘Configuration’ where you will see ‘Rules’ section which provides you with several options. To create a rule for a separate phone number you need to choose ‘Rules’ in the navigation bar, tap ‘+’ button, enter a phone number or choose one from your phone contacts and opt for a rule. Also, you can create a rule for a separate phone number right after you have made or received a call.

When will the iOS version be available for Call Tracker ?
Currently Call Tracker  can be used with Android  system. As for iOS version, it  is unavailable for the indefinite period. However our developers are working on a version for iOS platform that will meet the Apple requirements. If you are interested in it, please fill in the form.

How tax is collected ?
Our company, MagneticOneMobile uses PayPro payment system that includes VAT rates for EU citizens according to international law. Here you can check 2018 European Union VAT rates. https://www.vatlive.com/vat-rates/european-vat-rates/

Take into account, if you have VAT ID at can be provided during the payment process to avoid tax collection.  As for Canadian citizens, GST/HST is collected in accordance with the Government of Canada. Take into account, if you have GST number you can get compensation from the state.

Can I buy Business Card Reader only for the company (several users)
Yes, we called it “Corporate Plan”. The corporate plan can be used by an unlimited amount of people. A corporate plan includes a fixed amount of credits, which are common to all the users. The person, who made a purchase for Corporate Plan would be able to see the balance, how much credits were used by all team and share the Corporate Key with all company, but members of the team will be able to see only how much credits they had used. After purchasing you will receive a corporate key valid for 1 year. This year start from the date the corporate key purchased (i.e. if you buy on 20/11/18, it expires on 20/11/19).

What will happen to the credits that I have not used, but the year is over.
For example: If you buy 5,000 credits on 03/10/18 and only used 4,000 to 03/10/19). These 1,000 credits are burnt down. But if you buy a new Corporate plan until 03/10/19, for example, for 2,500 credits, then the old 1,000 (that you have not used), does not burn. It is added to your balance and you will get 3.500 credits.

To use the Corporate Key, please, follow the instructions below:
1. Run Business Card Reader.
2. Go to Preferences => Your Balance.
3. Choose Corporate Tab.
4. Copy your “Corporate Key” and paste into Corporate Key field and click Activate.

How to share Corporate Key?
For sharing Corporate key, please, run the app (Preferences->Your Balance->Corporate-> and add your Corporate Key into the corresponding field. In case you would like to share the key with your colleagues, just press “Share Key” button* and you will be able to share it from your email. Here is a short video-guide about how to do it:
