Credits (available business card recognitions) are tied to your email address. That means, if you have changed the device (from Android to iOS or vise versa) or you have several (both Android and iOS), just log in to the applications via the same email and you will have access to your credits. After that, you will additionally need to set the connection to your CRM system to store data from business cards there.

The Corporate plan can be used by an unlimited amount of people. It has a fixed amount of credits, which are common to all the users. The person, who made a purchase for Corporate Plan would be able to see the balance, how much credits were used by all team and share the Corporate Key with all company, but members of the team will be able to see only how much credits they had used. After purchasing you will receive a corporate key valid for 1 year. This year start from the date the corporate key purchased (i.e. if you buy on 05/05/19, it expires on 05/05/20).
