How data are sent to the CRM?
Once you took a picture, OCR servers recognize it and transform the picture to text (the OCR servers do not save any personal data). Then this data appears in fields where you can edit it. After editing, you should click on the “save” button and data will be sent directly to your CRM.

I used the app on Android, now I have an iOS device. How to use my credits?
First of all, you need to:
  1. Check whether the iOS version of the app is available HERE (from Android to iOS);
  2. Check whether the Android version of the app is available HERE (from iOS to Android).

 

Credits (available business card recognitions) are tied to your email address. That means, if you have changed the device (from Android to iOS or vise versa) or you have several (both Android and iOS), just log in to the applications via the same email and you will have access to your credits. After that, you will additionally need to set the connection to your CRM system to store data from business cards there.

Yes, recognition accuracy depends on the quality of the captured image. Here are some tips for better accuracy:
  • avoid glares produced by some types of illumination;
  • take control of focusing your camera;
  • try a different angle of holding your smartphone, snapping a photo.

Call Tracker 9 questions
How does a Call Tracker work?
  1. Make or receive calls on your Android smartphone.
  2. The App automatically saves call information into CRM (who called, date, call duration).
  3. At the end of the call, you can choose to save it into your CRM or not. You can set up rules for certain contact –to save always or never save into CRM.
  4. Done. Your call is saved into your connected CRM. You can also add notes (or voice notes) to the saved call.

  • Date, time and duration of a call;
  • phone number;
  • description, new contact if there is no such number in CRM;
  • created activities such as call, task, and event;
  • the link to Google Drive folder where the call recording is.

Is it possible to track only particular numbers?
Yes, you can set up rules for a separate phone number as well as for all phone numbers. To create a rule for all phone numbers you have to go to ‘Configuration’ where you will see ‘Rules’ section which provides you with several options. To create a rule for a separate phone number you need to choose ‘Rules’ in the navigation bar, tap ‘+’ button, enter a phone number or choose one from your phone contacts and opt for a rule. Also, you can create a rule for a separate phone number right after you have made or received a call.

When will the iOS version be available for Call Tracker?
Currently, Call Tracker can be used with the Android system. As for the iOS version, it is unavailable for the indefinite period. However, our developers are working on a version for the iOS platform that will meet the Apple requirements.

How is tax collected?
Our company uses PayPro payment system that includes VAT rates for EU citizens according to international law. Here you can check 2018 European Union VAT rates: https://www.vatlive.com/vat-rates/european-vat-rates/

Please note, if you have VAT ID it can be provided during the payment process to avoid tax collection. As for Canadian citizens, GST/HST is collected in accordance with the Government of Canada. Besides, if you have GST number you can get compensation from the state.

Can I buy Business Card Reader for the company (several users)?
Yes, it is named as “Corporate License”.

The Corporate plan can be used by an unlimited amount of people. It has a fixed amount of credits, which are common to all the users. The person, who made a purchase for Corporate Plan would be able to see the balance, how much credits were used by all team and share the Corporate Key with all company, but members of the team will be able to see only how much credits they had used. After purchasing you will receive a corporate key valid for 1 year. This year start from the date the corporate key purchased (i.e. if you buy on 05/05/19, it expires on 05/05/20).

What will happen to the credits that I have not used but the term is over?
For example: If you purchase 5,000 credits on 03/10/18 and used 4,000 to 03/10/19). These 1,000 credits will be burnt down. But if you buy a new Corporate plan until 03/10/19, for example, for 2,500 credits, then the old 1,000 (that you have not used), does not burn. It is added to your balance and you will get 3,500 credits.

How to share a Corporate Key?
For sharing the Corporate key, please, run the app (Preferences->Your Balance->Corporate-> and add your Corporate Key into the corresponding field). In case, you would like to share the key with your colleagues, just press “Share Key” button* and you will be able to share it by email. Here is a short video-guide about how to do this:

*This button is available only for the person who’s got email is the “corporate key owner”.

Can I configure the Corporate Key?
Yes, the person who purchased the Corporate Plan will become the Key owner. The owner can see the button “Settings” in the Corporate section inside the application. He/she will be able to configure the Key – add/remove administrators, set up rules of using, watch reports, limit Corporate Key access to specific users or domains (by default, all users who have the Corporate Key can use it for recognition of business cards).
